Operations and Human Resources Lead in Wichita Falls

A premier construction and remodeling firm in the Wichita Falls area is seeking a highly organized professional to serve as their Executive Assistant and HR Coordinator. This is a full time position designed for a detail oriented individual who can act as the organizational core of a growing business.
The successful candidate will oversee the essential functions that keep the office running smoothly, including accounting support, human resources, and general administration. You will work closely with executive leadership to improve workflows, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the team has the resources needed to succeed.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage daily office flow and administrative tasks to maintain a professional environment.
Coordinate logistics across different departments such as marketing, field operations, and accounting.
Lead the employee onboarding process, coordinating with IT to ensure all systems and equipment are ready for new hires.
Assist with financial administrative tasks including job costing, budget tracking, and preparation for audits.
Administer company benefits, training programs, and employee records.
Oversee facility management, including leases, office supplies, and vendor contracts.
Candidate Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in a professional administrative or office management role.
Solid understanding of HR compliance, business practices, and commercial insurance.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and general workplace technology.
Experience maintaining confidential personnel files and benefit records.
A valid driver license is required.
Preferred Skills
A Bachelor degree in Business, Management, or a similar field is a plus.
Previous experience working within the construction or remodeling sectors.
Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English are highly valued.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly rate is set between 25 and 35 dollars per hour depending on background and experience.
