Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll guide HR operations across a diverse and growing portfolio that includes The Point Casino & Hotel, food distribution, retail, fuel operations, cannabis, and commercial real estate.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor's degree and at least five years of HR management experience.

SHRM-CP or PHR certification, or the ability to obtain it within six months.

Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Class III Gaming License.

A graduate degree, THRP certification, and experience working with Tribal communities or enterprises are preferred.

Ready to lead with purpose while building a life in the beautiful Pacific Northwest? We'd love to hear from you.

NKI exercises Tribal Preference in accordance with its Tribal Preference Policy.
