Job description
Your time spent in the ELP will cover specific core objectives as follows (but not limited to):
Technical Skills Training - Safety, Quality, Scheduling, Customer satisfaction
Leadership Training – Supervisory skills, Performance Management, Mentorship
Business Insights - Accountability, Execution, Risk Taking, Budgeting
Culture Integration – including Communication, Collaboration and Innovation
What you'll be doing:
Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
Conduct research and gather data to support ongoing projects.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement new strategies.
Participate in meetings and provide input on project progress.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Learn about the company's HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related stuff to be able to respond to any internal staff inquiries.
Work with Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll and Talent Acquisition Team
This position is in our Charlotte, NC (South End Area) Office and 100% onsite.

Have or will obtain a Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources or Business by May 2026 or December 2026
Previous internship experience (preferably in Human Resources Management or functional area)
Proven leadership & decision making skills
Technical aptitude
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Effective interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and work effectively with groups

Compensation:
The annual base salary range for Non-Technical Degrees is between $61,500 and $65,000.
The annual base salary range for Technical Degrees is between $72,000 and $77,500.
