HR Generalist (Fortune 500 Manufacturing) CapstoneONE Search | Burkburnett, TX (On-site)
We are representing a globally recognized Fortune 500 manufacturing organization actively seeking an HR Generalist to support onboarding and broader HR functions at their facility. This role will play a key part in new hire assimilation, employee relations, and HR process improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Position Overview
Serves as a point of contact for new hires (0-180 days) to gather feedback and support successful assimilation into the organization
Assesses effectiveness of new hire orientation and onboarding processes
Supports various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy development
Answers employee HR-related questions, providing accurate and timely guidance
Maintains employee records and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Contributes to development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
Supports change management, continuous improvement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
Communicates effectively across all levels of the organization
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
1+ year of experience in HR onboarding or recruiting
Ability to work across multiple shifts
PHR certification a plus
Strong multi-tasking and interpersonal skills; comfortable connecting at all levels of the organization
Familiarity with HR practices, policies, and regulations
Proficiency with MS Office
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
