Aegis is currently partnering with a long-standing manufacturer to identify a HR Generalist to join their team!

Core Responsibilities
Employee relations — Act as the main HR contact, resolving concerns and supporting supervisors to maintain a productive workplace.
Union partnership — Interpret CBAs, assist with grievances, and work closely with union representatives to ensure compliance.
Recruitment & onboarding — Lead bilingual full‑cycle hiring and coordinate manufacturing‑focused onboarding.
Policy administration — Enforce policies, support investigations, and ensure consistent documentation across union and non‑union staff.
Required Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency — Fluent in English and Spanish for communication, translation, and training.
Manufacturing experience — Minimum 3 years in a production environment with strong understanding of hourly workforce dynamics.
Union experience — Experience supporting unionized employees and navigating CBAs and grievance processes.
HR knowledge — Solid foundation in HR practices, employment law, investigations, and documentation. xhqgsiq
