Human Resources AssistantWe are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support daily HR operations in Tucson, Arizona. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to employee onboarding, records management, and HRIS coordination while helping maintain a positive and compliant workplace. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable handling sensitive information with professionalism.Responsibilities:Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including collecting employment documents and preparing orientation materials.Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS and assist with routine data updates and audits.Support background screening processes by tracking status, following up on outstanding items, and ensuring timely completion.Respond to employee questions related to HR procedures, policies, and general workplace matters in a thorough and attentive manner.Assist with preparing HR documentation such as employment letters, status changes, and other administrative forms.Help schedule interviews, meetings, and other HR-related appointments while keeping calendars and communications organized.Partner with HR team members to support employee relations efforts and promote consistent administrative follow-through.
