Human Resources CoordinatorWe are looking for an organized Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to support key employee lifecycle activities in New Hyde Park, New York. This Long-term Contract position focuses on onboarding coordination, HR administration, background screening support, and maintaining accurate employee records within HR systems. The ideal candidate will help ensure a smooth onboarding experience while supporting compliance with established HR policies and documentation standards.Responsibilities:Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities, including onboarding schedules, document collection, and orientation support.Review and track background screening steps to help move candidates efficiently through the selection process.Maintain employee information in HRIS platforms and update records with accuracy and timeliness.Provide day-to-day administrative support for HR operations, including file management and employment documentation.Assist with compliance-related processes by monitoring required forms, policies, and audit-ready records.Partner with recruitment teams and internal stakeholders to communicate next steps and resolve onboarding questions.Prepare and organize HR correspondence, status updates, and other personnel-related materials as needed.
