Brilliant is looking for a REMOTE Human Resources Intern, 15 hours a week to help support the agency’s growing, award-winning team for our Fall 2026 semester.

Potential Responsibilities Include:
Recruiting & Talent:
Assist with job postings and maintaining open positions
Help coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
Support resume review and candidate tracking
Assist with onboarding new team members
Help develop and organize recruiting and onboarding materials
Employee Engagement & Culture:
Support employee engagement initiatives, virtual events, and team activities
Assist with company-wide communications and culture initiatives
Help gather and organize employee feedback through surveys and other HR tools
Research creative ways to improve the remote employee experience
HR & People Operations:
Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
Support benefits and employee communications
Help organize HR resources, policies, and internal materials
Research HR topics, trends, and best practices
Assist with special HR projects as they arise
Requirements for a successful candidate include:
You must be a rising sophomore, junior or senior.
Ability to commit to at least 15 hours a week during office hours, 8–5 in your time zone
Professional demeanor and a drive to succeed
Eagerness to learn and willingness to ask questions
Resourceful attitude and keen attention to detail
