Job description
I’m partnering with a well-established organization on a search for an experienced Corporate HR Manager . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing strategic HR partnership with hands-on program ownership .
Key areas of responsibility:
Lead and evolve performance management strategy and processes
Serve as a trusted HR partner to corporate leadership
Manage employee relations, investigations, and sensitive personnel matters
Lead company-wide employee engagement and onboarding initiatives
Drive learning & development and leadership development programs
Support workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning
Use HR data and trends to provide recommendations to leadership
Lead and develop HR team support
What we’re looking for:
6–8+ years of progressive HR Generalist/HRBP experience
Strong employee relations and investigation experience
Experience designing or redesigning performance management programs
Experience owning major HR programs such as engagement, onboarding, or L&D
Comfortable presenting HR data and recommendations to senior leadership
Multi-state or multi-site HR experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification
Work Schedule : Onsite
Compensation : $100-115k base
Benefits : Medical, dental, vision, 401k, 15 days PTO
