Location: Plymouth, WI 53073 (On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
Develop employee engagement, retention, and wellness initiatives.
Oversee employee relations, performance reviews, and HR policies.
Manage benefits, leave administration, workers’ compensation, and compliance.
Maintain employee records and support seasonal staffing needs.
Requirements:
3+ years of HR experience.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification required.
Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, recruiting, and performance management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills. xzgxqkn
ADP and scheduling experience are a plus.
