Job Description We're Hiring: HR Manager
\ N Location: Plymouth, WI 53073 (On-site)
\ N Job Type: Full-Time

Salary:
$70,000–$80,000 annually
\ NKey Responsibilities:
\ N Manage full-cyclerecruitment, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
\ N Develop employee engagement, retention, and wellness initiatives.
\ N Oversee employee relations, performance reviews, and HR policies.
\ N Manage benefits, leave administration, workers’ compensation, and compliance.
\ N Maintain employee records and support seasonal staffing needs.
\ N Requirements:
\ N 3+ years of HR experience.
\ N SHRM-CP or PHR certification required.
\ N Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
\ N Strong knowledge of employment laws, recruiting, and performance management.
\ N Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
\ N ADP and schedulingexperience are a plus.
