Job description
Lead all human resources functions at an onsite manufacturing facility, partnering with plant leadership to build a safe, engaged, and productive workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all human resources functions for an onsite manufacturing facility, partnering with plant leadership to build a safe, engaged, and productive workforce.
Manage recruiting and onboarding for hourly production, skilled trades, and salaried positions, collaborating with leaders on workforce planning and staffing needs.
Serve as a trusted resource for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and investigations.
Coach supervisors on performance management, progressive discipline, and documentation while promoting respect and accountability across shifts.
Maintain compliance with applicable employment laws and workplace policies.
Partner with Environmental, Health & Safety on workplace safety, workers' compensation, and return-to-work programs.
Support compensation and benefits administration, open enrollment, HRIS and timekeeping accuracy, payroll coordination, and workforce metrics reporting.
Coordinate training, performance reviews, leadership development, and employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Benefits:
Base salary $80,000-$90,000, plus an annual bonus
