Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Salary: $60,000-$75,000
Location: Munroe Falls, Ohio

Key Responsibilities (Human Resources Manager):
Serve as a go-to HR partner for employees and managers, providing guidance on employee relations, policies, performance concerns, and workplace issues
Manage HR compliance efforts and help ensure policies and practices remain aligned with federal, state, and local employment regulations
Conduct and support employee relations investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action processes
Partner with leadership on performance management, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development
Support benefits administration, leaves of absence, accommodations, disability programs, and related employee questions
Assist with compensation initiatives, job descriptions, HR reporting, and employee lifecycle processes
Coordinate and facilitate training related to compliance, safety, harassment prevention, ethics, and leadership development
Maintain HRIS data and utilize reporting and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
Qualifications (Human Resources Manager):
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred
5+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong foundation in employee relations, compliance, benefits, and general HR operations
Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
Experience handling sensitive employee relations matters and workplace investigations
