Pay Scale:
Paraprofessional: $16-$17/hr.
AP:$17-$20/hr.
QP: $23.07-$24.03/hr.
Salary will depend on level of education and experience.
Summary:
Under indirect supervision, provides, oversees, and/or administers a wide range of psychosocial evaluation/assessment, diagnostic, counseling therapy, crisis intervention services in a high-intensity clinical environment which requires a high degree of independent decision-making. May be asked to lead, or train lower level counselors, students and/or interns engaged in therapeutic patient care activities, as appropriate to the individual position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Provides individual, group and family therapy and subsequent paperwork.
Participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning, case support activities
Provides crisis intervention consultation to all members of the team
Participates in peer review process for therapists
All other duties as assigned by supervisor

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or other Human Services field or have equivalent experience with certification; Qualified Professional (QP) designation preferred.
