Position Summary

This position will provide operational support of facilities, activities, and resources for the state-wide Human Simulation Program. This includes providing technical and hands-on support for simulation session preparation and delivery.

Required Education: Associate's degree or equivalent

Healthcare, Allied Health, Information Technology, Instructional Technology, Education, Business, Communications, Customer Service, Administration or related field

Multi-tasking and ability to maintain high level of customer service, especially in high pressure situations.

Possesses the strong ability to interact with various professionals (i.e. physicians, nurses, military, faculty, research scientists, etc.)

Ability to function effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Must possess the ability to work autonomously, take direction, be creative and organized and function under tight timelines

Commitment to working in a professional, collaborative, and diverse team environment.

Preferred Experience:

Background in previous simulation or training environment.

Support role in simulation lab or comparable training facility.

Experience in supporting instructional activities, preferable in health science education or higher education setting.

Experience facilitating instruction, training, or education; preferably to healthcare providers or healthcare students.
