Mentors serve as role models, offering both personal and professional support while helping new hires succeed.What We’re Looking For: Reliable transportation Valid driver’s license or state ID A compassionate, patient, and caring attitude A genuine desire to help seniors age safely at homeNo experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive, paid training through our Caregiver Development Program, including hands-on instruction and ongoing monthly education.Pay & Incentives: Base Pay: $13.00–$16.00/hour (based on experience) $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Weekend Differential: +$2/hour Performance Bonuses: Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Referral Bonuses: Up to $1,000 per hireBenefits & Perks: 401(k) with 4% company match Free Telehealth & Prescription Program (eligible employees) Paid Time Off (with carryover options) Flexible Scheduling — create your own schedule Paid Orientation & Ongoing Training (including dementia & palliative care)
