Our rapidly growing client in Tualatin is hiring 20 Assemblers to help build industry-leading HVAC air handling systems and portable clean rooms used in hospitals, schools, data centers, laboratories, and other critical facilities worldwide.This is a three-month evaluation-to-hire opportunity with excellent long-term career potential, outstanding benefits upon conversion, and a company culture that values quality, innovation, and teamwork.What You'll DoAs an Assembler, you'll play a key role in building high-quality industrial air solutions from the ground up. Responsibilities include:Assemble air handling units and related components using hand and power toolsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work ordersPerform quality inspections to ensure products meet specificationsUse impact drivers, power drills, and other assembly tools throughout the shiftDrill into steel and assist with structural assembly tasksClean and prep materials using alcohol and approved cleaning methodsApply sealants with a caulking gun to help prevent water leakageSafely work from a 4-foot step ladder when neededOperate a scissor lift for installations in elevated work areasTroubleshoot and resolve assembly issuesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentCollaborate with coworkers and supervisors to achieve production goalsWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking dependable, safety-minded team players who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in building quality products.Qualifications & Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and work on concrete floors for 10-hour shifts while wearing steel-toed footwearComfortable using impact drivers, power drills, and caulking guns throughout the dayWillingness to support different departments based on production needsStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyAbility to work effectively in a team environmentPositive attitude and strong work ethicWhy You'll Love This OpportunityAfter successful completion of the contract period and conversion to a permanent employee, you'll enjoy:Four weeks of PTO accrual starting on day one Pay increase upon conversion Excellent medical benefits Nine paid holidays Optional overtime only — never mandatory Annual boot allowance Prescription safety glasses program Opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives The chance to help shape the future of HVAC technology and build products that make a differencePay$21.50/hr (swing)Schedule OptionsMonday - Thursday | 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM | Optional overtime on FridaysMonday-Thursday | 5 AM-3:30 PM | Optional overtime on Fridays Ready to Get Started?If you're looking for a stable opportunity where your work directly contributes to essential systems used around the world, we'd love to hear from you.
