We prioritize customer satisfaction and utilize industry-leading technologies to deliver top-notch service.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform in-home consultations: assess comfort issues, equipment, and ductwork; discuss options and financing.Design & present solutions: create clear, accurate proposals including good/better/best options.Close and follow through: secure agreements, collect deposits, and ensure a clean handoff to install team.Own your pipeline: update CRM, follow up on open quotes, and maintain a steady close rate.Deliver a 5-star experience: ask for reviews, set expectations, and resolve concerns promptly.Partner with the team: communicate with dispatch/office, coordinate site checks, and verify materials/scope.Qualifications2+ years of outside or in-home sales (HVAC/home services preferred, not required).Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills; polished, professional presence.Self-managed and organized with reliable follow-up and time management.Comfortable working some evenings/weekends to meet customer scheduling needs.Valid driver's license and insurable driving record; ability to access attics/basements and lift up to ~20 lbs.Tech-savvy with CRM/estimating tools; willing to learn our systems.Benefits/PerksFlexible scheduling to accommodate work-life balance.Competitive compensation with career advancement opportunities.Medical insurance coverage, with the employer contributing up to 75% of the cost through BlueCross/BlueShield.Dental insurance coverage, with the employer contributing up to 75% of the cost through BlueCross/BlueShield.Vision insurance coverage, with the employer contributing up to 75% of the cost through BlueCross/BlueShield.7 paid holidays annually and paid vacation time for eligible employees.Company-provided take-home vehicle, iPad, and uniform.Paid training and professional development opportunities.Sign-on bonus available for qualified applicants.Employee Discount Program.Commission pay.Join our team and take the next step in your HVAC career.
