HVAC Comfort AdvisorComfort Systems of Montana is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Comfort Advisor who puts people over profits and is dedicated to earning customers for life. In this consultative sales role, you'll serve as a trusted expert, educating homeowners on HVAC systems, energy savings, indoor comfort solutions, and maintenance best practices while building long-term customer relationships.At Comfort Systems of Montana, we don't just install HVAC systems. We set the standard for quality, expertise, and customer satisfaction throughout Southwest Montana. For decades, homeowners, businesses, and contractors throughout Bozeman, Belgrade, Big Sky, Livingston, and the surrounding communities have trusted us to deliver dependable comfort solutions backed by exceptional service.Core ResponsibilitiesConduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend HVAC solutions.Educate homeowners on system options, rebates, financing opportunities, energy-efficiency incentives, and long-term ownership costs.Prepare detailed proposals and estimates, ensuring accuracy and clarity.Build long-term relationships with customers by providing a trusted and professional experience.Follow up with potential and existing customers to nurture relationships, close sales, and confirm satisfaction.Offer and educate customers on add-on products including indoor air quality systems, humidifiers, smart thermostats, UV lights, air purification systems, and other comfort-enhancing solutions.Ensure installation teams are equipped with the information and resources needed for successful project execution.Collaborate closely with service technicians, installers, and office staff to ensure exceptional customer experiences.Maintain clear, timely communication with customers and internal teams throughout the sales and installation process.Stay informed on the latest HVAC technologies, products, industry trends, and best practices.Maintain an organized sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions through company CRM systems.Work closely with installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and seamless customer handoffs.Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after installation.Represent Comfort Systems of Montana with professionalism, integrity, and a steadfast commitment to customer satisfaction.QualificationsProven sales track record within the HVAC industry.Minimum of 2-3 years of HVAC sales experience preferred.Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and comfort solutions.Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner.Strong consultative sales skills focused on solving problems and building trust.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.Experience using CRM software, proposal systems, and sales tracking tools.Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally throughout Southwest Montana.Professional appearance and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.Benefits & CultureUncapped earning potential.Company-provided vehicle.Company-provided cell phone and tablet.Medical benefits.Dental, vision, and accident insurance available.401(k) retirement plan.Career advancement opportunities.Ongoing local, regional, and national training opportunities.Mentorship and personal, professional, and financial goal planning.Team outings, hunting trips, camping trips, BBQs, and other activities throughout the year.Why Join Us?Stability & GrowthAs part of our team, you'll enjoy the security of working for an established HVAC leader with a strong reputation throughout Montana.
