HVAC Comfort AdvisorNeighbors A/C is seeking an experienced HVAC Comfort Advisor $40,000 Base + Uncapped CommissionThe HVAC Comfort Advisor is the face of our brand — a trusted expert who meets homeowners and business owners where they are, diagnoses their comfort challenges, and presents solutions that genuinely improve their lives. This is not a transactional sales role. It is a consultative, relationship-driven position where your expertise, empathy, and integrity will drive your success. You will run pre-set appointments generated by our in-house marketing engine, conduct thorough home comfort assessments, and close premium HVAC system sales. Our top advisors earn well above six figures — and they do it by building trust, not pressure.What You'll DoConduct in-home and on-site comfort consultations for residential and light commercial customersPerform whole-home load calculations and system assessments to recommend right-sized equipmentPresent customized HVAC solutions, including equipment upgrades, indoor air quality products, and maintenance agreementsGuide customers through financing options with confidence and transparencyFollow up with unsold leads and past customers to nurture long-term relationshipsCollaborate closely with installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experienceMaintain accurate records in our CRM (Service Titan or similar) for every appointment and interactionRepresent the company at community events, trade shows, and referral partner meetingsAchieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targetsWho We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is a confident communicator who can translate technical knowledge into simple, compelling conversations. You thrive in a performance-driven environment, take ownership of your results, and genuinely enjoy helping people make smart decisions for their homes and families. Requirements2+ years of in-home or B2C sales experienceDemonstrated ability to close $10K+ transactionsStrong communication and active listening skillsComfortable with technology and digital toolsValid driver's license and clean driving recordProfessional appearance and demeanorPreferredHVAC industry or home services backgroundExperience with Service Titan, Salesforce, or CRMBilingual English/Spanish proficiencyKnowledge of Carrier, Lennox, Trane, or Daikin product linesNATE certification or HVAC technical trainingExperience in presenting financing optionsCompensation: $40,000.00 per year
