Job description
Trane Technologies is seeking a Design for Manufacturability SME to optimize product designs for efficient production, assembly, reliability, and cost. You will work closely with engineering, operations, sourcing, and quality teams to drive manufacturability improvements from concept to launch.
The role requires a strong engineering foundation, hands-on manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to influence across functions. A travel requirement of up to 50% is expected in some periods.
