Conduct project turnover meetings and ensure field personnel have the information necessary to successfully execute the work.

Coordinate equipment start-up, testing, commissioning, punch-list completion, and project closeout.

Maintain accurate project documentation and communication throughout the life of each project.

Review project performance regularly and take corrective action when cost, schedule, or productivity concerns arise.

Prepare and participate in project progress meetings with customers, contractors, and internal personnel.

Assist with project billing, cost projections, forecasting, and work-in-progress reporting.

Support estimating and preconstruction activities as needed, including scope review, takeoffs, vendor pricing, and project planning.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, subcontractors, union representatives, and industry partners.
