HVAC ForemanHuntsville, Alabama - Posted on August 17, 2026 Published By Lori MelgaardTrillium Construction is now hiring an HVAC Foreman in Huntsville AL for long term work!Will be working on commercial installations of HVAC systems on new construction sites in the Huntsville and surrounding areas, performing ductwork measurement and installation, registers and grilles, setting rooftop units/curbs, split units and mini splits, etc.Pay: $30+/hr, depends on experience Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 40 hrs/week Long term work! Will be hired on directly after 4-6 monthsQualifications:5+ years HVAC install experience, 2+ years in a Lead or Foreman roleAbility to run jobs with as many as 6 guys on siteKnowledge of the following system types: RTU's, VAV's, VRF systems, split systemsAbility to communicate well with the GC, Project Manager, and InspectorsValid DL and reliable transportationAbility to pass pre employment screeningsTrillium Construction Services has been recruiting and hiring construction and skilled trades talent for over 30 years.
