As an HVAC Foreman, you'll play a key role in shaping projects and building a legacy of quality work. Your expertise will help ensure our clients receive top-notch service and reliable equipment to keep their environments comfortable. If you have a passion for HVAC systems and enjoy hands-on work, we want to hear from you!What you'll do:Own the install. Load/unload equipment, cut sheet metal, assemble components, and install ductwork, gas and condensate piping, and venting—safely and to code.Wire it right. Install and troubleshoot low-voltage controls and wiring to bring systems online smoothly.Build from the plan. Read blueprints (pre-drawn or field-laid) and translate them into accurate, efficient layouts.Cut with confidence. Core and cut openings while protecting structural integrity and jobsite safety.Stay two steps ahead. Keep materials and truck stock organized; communicate needs to prevent return trips.Lead when needed. Step up to manage tasks and crews to keep timelines on track; help train apprentices and fellow installers.Live our safety culture. Model and uphold the DJ Safety Culture so every teammate and partner goes home safe.Four 10-hour days, with overtime as needed; year-round work to keep your skills sharp and pay steady.
