Confidential General Manager Opportunity –Near Apollo, NY
We are conducting a confidential search for a proven General Manager to lead a high-performing home services operation based in the Apollo, NY market.
This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a well-established $25M+ operation with strong infrastructure, an outstanding leadership team, and a reputation for delivering best-in‑class customer service. The organization is positioned for significant strategic growth, with plans to scale toward $40M+ in revenue by 2027.
The business mix today consists of approximately:
70% HVAC
20% Plumbing

Multi‑site or high‑volume residential home services leadership experience
Strong operational and financial acumen
Experience leading HVAC‑focused service and replacement operations
Proven ability to grow revenue while maintaining culture and retention
Experience leading through KPIs, technician performance, customer satisfaction, and operational discipline
A servant leadership mindset with the ability to inspire teams and develop future leaders
