Job Title: General Manager (Residential HVAC)
Location: Evanston, IL
Pay: $120,000 to $160,000 per year

The Role: We are looking for a General Manager to act as the true technical and operational partner to our ownership team. You will have a direct hand in shaping the company culture, selecting equipment, and expanding our footprint into the city.
Responsibilities
Act as the final technical authority for all residential HVAC projects.
Register with local municipalities to ensure proper trade compliance.
Coach technicians on high level customer service and technical troubleshooting.
Requirements
5 to 10 years of proven leadership in the HVAC sector.
Excellent communication skills and high personal integrity.
Clean background check and driving record.
