Job description
Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of In-Home HVAC Sales Advisors (Comfort Advisors). The role focuses on driving residential system replacements, upgrades, and home comfort solutions while coaching advisors to maximize performance and conversions.
You will supervise the sales team, drive revenue growth, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with installation and operations to ensure seamless HVAC system replacements.
