What You’ll Do
As an HVAC Lead Installer, you’ll be responsible for:
Installing HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, indoor air quality, refrigeration, and controls.
Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with a variety of equipment.
Collaborating with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure their comfort.
Following blueprints, codes, and safety standards during installations.
Maintaining accurate records of completed projects and inventory.
Training and mentoring junior technicians when needed.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2+ years as an HVAC installation technician preferred.
Technical Know-How: Basic understanding of electrical wiring and connections.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong math and analytical abilities.
Physical Readiness: Comfortable working in crawl spaces and attics.
Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications: HVAC certifications are a plus (we can help you earn them!).
