Schedule
Full-time position; schedule to be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility based on business needs and candidate availability.
Essential Job Duties
Complete residential HVAC installations in a timely manner while maintaining meticulous craftsmanship
The ability to perform physical activities, including bending, lifting (up to 50+ pounds), and other manual tasks.
Execute a consistent customer walkthrough on calls in accordance with company process
Onboard new apprentices and help them develop to become lead installers
Handle customer concerns when on jobsites, and elevate to install manager when appropriate
Qualifications
Certified in Warm Air, Gas, Refrigeration, and Hot Water & Steam
Must be able to regularly lift 50+ pounds
Must be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow through on residential work
Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life
On time and prepared to work before the scheduled start time
