We're looking for an HVAC Install Lead who takes pride in doing things right the first time, mentors installers, and sets the standard on every job. RESPONSIBILITIES
Able to independently install and replace residential HVAC systems (from basic heating & cooling system to full home automated systems).
Able to install garage unit heaters, steam humidifiers, zoning systems, ERV & HRV Systems, exhaust fans and set up gas pressure on gas furnaces.
Mentor junior technicians.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and generates referrals.
Navigate crawlspaces and attics as needed.
Ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently.
Partner with customer service and dispatch teams to ensure success.
Maintain a clean, organized truck and job site.
Participate in training, meetings, and company events.
Mentor and train apprentices.
Complete invoices, timecards, and documentation accurately and on time.
QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 Years of Residential HVAC Install experience required.
Service Titan experience strongly preferred.
Valid Driver's License and able to pass an MVR.
EPA Certification preferred.
Knowledge of local HVAC codes and industry best practices.
Advanced understanding of HVAC System design and Installation Techniques.
Knowledge of advanced electrical and refrigeration principles.
