What You'll Do As an HVAC Installation Technician Assistant , you'll work alongside experienced installers to help homeowners enjoy safe, reliable, and energy-efficient comfort systems.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with residential HVAC system installations
Supporting lead installers with equipment setup and installation
Loading and unloading materials and equipment
Maintaining a clean and organized job site
Providing professional customer service during installations
Learning HVAC installation techniques and industry best practices
Following safety procedures and company standards
