What You'll Do
As an HVAC Installation Technician Assistant , you'll work alongside experienced installers to help homeowners enjoy safe, reliable, and energy-efficient comfort systems.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with residential HVAC system installations
Supporting lead installers with equipment setup and installation
Loading and unloading materials and equipment
Maintaining a clean and organized job site
Providing professional customer service during installations
Learning HVAC installation techniques and industry best practices
Following safety procedures and company standards

What We're Looking For
HVAC installation experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Relevant certifications are a plus
