If you're ready to take ownership, build a high-performing installation team, and grow with an organization committed to long-term development, we encourage you to apply!What You'll Do:Lead, manage, and support installation teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to company quality standardsConduct regular site inspections to evaluate workmanship, ensure adherence to installation procedures, and verify compliance with safety standards and building codesOversee project execution by managing labor, materials, and resources to drive cost efficiency while meeting deadlinesServe as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfactionDevelop and manage daily and weekly schedules for installation crews, coordinating workloads to ensure timely and efficient job completionProvide expert guidance on the installation of residential HVAC systems, including central air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless mini-split systemsSupervise system startups, perform performance checks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all systems meet operational and company standards before completionEnsure all installations strictly adhere to national HVAC and electrical codes, as well as state and local regulations, maintaining a safe work environment at all timesAccurately complete and review all required documentation, including job details, system specifications, permits, and compliance reportsUtilize ServiceTitan or similar field service software to track job progress, manage workflows, and maintain accurate service and installation recordsWhat You'll Bring:3+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience (supervisory or management role highly preferred)HVAC certification or formal training from a technical or trade school preferred; equivalent field experience will be consideredDemonstrated ability to lead teams, coordinate multiple projects, and drive performance in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage customers and resolve issues professionallyHighly organized with proven ability to manage schedules, materials, labor, and deadlines across multiple jobsComprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, installation best practices, troubleshooting methods, and system optimizationValid driver's license with a clean driving recordExperience with ServiceTitan or similar trade management software is preferredWhat We Offer:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance: Affordable, comprehensive coverage401(K) with Company Match: Plan for your future with confidenceCompany-Paid Long-Term Disability & Life Insurance: Security and peace of mindVoluntary Short-Term Disability & Life Insurance: Additional protection tailored to your needsPaid Time Off: Vacation, holidays, and sick time to support work-life balanceJoin our team at Folkes Home Services and become part of a company that values both its customers and employees.
