Clark's Heating & Air is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to lead residential installation projects and deliver outstanding workmanship. What You'll Do
Lead residential HVAC system change-outs and new installations.
Install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, air handlers, mini-splits, and indoor air quality products.
Read installation layouts and ensure systems are installed to manufacturer specifications and local code.
Fabricate and install ductwork as needed.
Perform refrigerant piping, brazing, pressure testing, evacuation, charging, and system startup.
Wire high- and low-voltage components.
Complete final quality inspections and verify system performance.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Train and mentor apprentice installers.
Communicate professionally with homeowners and answer installation-related questions.
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of residential HVAC installation experience .
Previous experience as a lead installer preferred.
EPA Certification required.
Strong knowledge of heat pumps, gas furnaces, split systems, and package units.
Ability to read blueprints and installation specifications.
Experience with duct fabrication and airflow balancing preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions.
Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and strong work ethic.
