Lead HVAC Installation Crew Leader
Climate Guys Western Michigan (Holland / Hudsonville / South Haven Area)

Climate Guys is a locally owned and operated heating and cooling company that has been serving Western Michigan families and businesses since 2010. We take pride in delivering high-quality residential and light commercial installations with professionalism and integrity.
We're looking for a Lead HVAC Installation Crew Leader who is passionate about the trade, leads by example, and wants to build a long-term career with a supportive, family-oriented team.

What You'll Do:
Lead and supervise an installation crew on residential and light commercial projects
Oversee complete system installations, including accurate system layouts, duct design, and sizing
Ensure all jobs are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
Mentor and develop team members while maintaining a positive and professional work environment
Communicate effectively with customers, management, and crew members
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40+ hours per week (overtime as needed)

Requirements:
8+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
Proven experience leading and mentoring installation crews
Strong knowledge of HVAC system design, ductwork, and new construction installations
Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
Ability to safely lift and carry up to 100 lbs
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety and quality
