Location: Lake Havasu AZ Pay: $20-$35 hour + Install Bonuses
Schedule: Full-Time / Year-Round Work

What You’ll Be Doing
Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems (split systems, heat pumps, furnaces, package units)
Follow manufacturer specs, local code, and company quality standards
Communicate clearly with homeowners and your install team
Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
Complete install paperwork accurately and on time
What We’re Looking For
2+ years HVAC installation experience preferred
EPA Certification (required)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics and crawl spaces
Pride in workmanship and a professional attitude
