Pay: $25.00 - $35.00/hr Base + Overtime & Spiffs ($75,000+ Total Earning Potential)

Key Responsibilities
Perform high-level HVAC installs and service for light commercial (RTUs, boilers) and residential systems (furnaces, AC, heat pumps, mini-splits, ductwork).
Diagnose system issues, perform ductwork modifications, startup, and commissioning.
Quote new installs and recommend system upgrades directly to customers.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of combined HVAC install and diagnostic service experience.
Certifications: Active EPA Certification required.
Licensing: Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
Skills: Strong ductwork modification and diagnostic skills. (NATE, OSHA, or Ohio Journeyman licenses are a plus, but NOT required).
