HVAC Apprentice Academy- ON THE JOB TRAINING. Paid wages during training
Local in office and online training with top provider of residential HVAC services in the area.

This class is for non-experienced individuals who have not worked in the industry prior.
Seats are limited. Interviews are happening NOW.

What's the Catch?
Commit to two years of full-time employment with us after training. We invest in you, so we expect you to put in the work. If you leave the program voluntarily, we have a payback program for the cost of the training.
What you need to succeed (Read This Twice)
This program isn't for those who take shortcuts. It's for people ready to WORK.
If you:
Show up on time and ready to grind
Are coachable, curious, and hungry to learn
Have one year of experience in a position of responsibility (paid experience strongly preferred)
Or already know a little about the industry or attended a tech program and want to go pro
Are comfortable with smart phone, iPads or laptops- tech savvy is a MUST
Can pass a background check & drug test
Have at least 2 years of clean driving experience
Want a career, not another mid-level job

The training will last 12 weeks and requires perfect attendance, otherwise candidates will be eliminated. No pre-arranged absences will be allowed at this time.
