We're looking for a motivated and dependable HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our growing residential and commercial service team.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems.
Inspect heating, air conditioning, ventilation equipment.
Clean and replace filters, and other maintenance components.
Identify potential repairs and communicate findings to customers and management.
Complete maintenance reports using company software.
Recommend repairs or system improvements when appropriate.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Provide professional, courteous customer service at every job.
Qualifications
HVAC experience preferred (entry-level technicians with HVAC schooling are encouraged to apply).
EPA Certification is preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift 75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
