Immediately Hiring Hvac Mechanical Assemblers In Greensboro, NcHours: Monday - Thursday 6am - 4:30pm + Occasional Ot On FridayPay Up To $30 Per Hour (Depending On Experience) + OtOur Hvac Mechanical Assembler (Air Handling Unit Assembly Technician) Assembles Commercial And Industrial Air Handling Units In An Indoor Manufacturing Shop Environment. You Will Read And Interpret Blueprints And Mechanical Drawings, Build Air Handling Units From The Ground Up, And Install Structural And Mechanical Components Such As Wall Panels, Fans, Motors, And Coils. This Role Focuses On Precise Mechanical Assembly, Safe Use Of Tools And Equipment, And Consistent Adherence To Quality And Production Standards.ResponsibilitiesRead And Interpret Blueprints, Shop Drawings, And Assembly Specifications To Accurately Build Air Handling Units.Assemble Air Handling Unit Frames, Wall Panels, Floors, Roofs, And Structural Components According To Design Requirements.Install Fans, Motors, Dampers, Coils, Filters, And Other Hvac-Related Components Into The Air Handling Units.Measure, Mark, Cut, And Fit Materials To Ensure Proper Assembly, Alignment, And Fit Of All Components.Use Hand Tools, Power Tools, Drills, Rivet Guns, Torque Tools, And Other Fabrication Equipment Safely And Effectively.Verify Dimensions, Tolerances, And Component Placement Using Tape Measures And Other Precision Measuring Tools, As Well As Blueprints.Perform Quality Checks Throughout The Assembly Process To Ensure Units Meet Company And Customer Specifications.Work Safely Around Overhead Cranes, Forklifts, And Other Material Handling Equipment During Assembly And Material Movement.Assist With Loading, Staging, And Moving Materials And Components As Needed To Support Production Flow.Maintain A Clean, Organized, And Safe Work Area While Following All Safety Procedures And Company Policies.Essential SkillsAbility To Read And Interpret Blueprints, Shop Drawings, And Mechanical Assembly Specifications.Experience Using Hand Tools And Power Tools In A Manufacturing, Construction, Hvac, Or Mechanical Assembly Environment.Strong Mechanical Aptitude With The Ability To Assemble Structural And Mechanical Components Accurately.Ability To Accurately Measure Using Tape Measures And Other Precision Measuring Tools.Capability To Lift Up To 50 Pounds And Stand For Extended Periods During The Shift.Strong Attention To Detail And Commitment To Producing High-Quality Workmanship.Ability To Work Independently With Minimal Supervision As Well As Collaboratively Within A Team.Comfort Working Safely Around Overhead Cranes, Forklifts, And Material Handling Equipment.Job Type & LocationThis Is A Contract Position Based Out Of Greensboro, Nc.Pay And BenefitsThe Pay Range For This Position Is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.Individual Compensation Offered For This Position Within This Range Will Depend On Many Factors, Including Qualifications, Skills, Relevant Experience, Job Knowledge, Geographic Location, Internal Equity, And Other Pertinent Job-Related Factors.Eligibility Requirements Apply To Some Benefits And May Depend On Your Job Classification And Length Of Employment.
