Job description
CCS Construction Staffing is partnering with a well-established commercial mechanical contractor in the Plano, TX area to hire a Mechanical Project Manager (HVAC). This on-site role manages HVAC projects from planning through closeout, with emphasis on chilled water and air-side systems.
The ideal candidate has 4-5+ years in PM or 1-3 years with growth potential, a mechanical subcontractor background, and a strong grasp of budgeting, scheduling, and change management.
