HVAC Outbound Sales RepresentativeThe HVAC Outbound Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach, relationship building, and consultative selling of HVAC products and services. This role focuses on identifying prospective residential and/or commercial customers, educating them on solutions, and closing sales that drive revenue growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media outlets to generate new leads and appointments.Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC maintenance plans, services, and upgrades.Educate customers on memberships, indoor air quality, and cost-saving solutions.Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and financing options.Follow-up on leads promptly to maintain a strong sales pipeline.Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, property managers, builders, and business owners.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities in CRM software.Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.Stay current on HVAC products, industry trends, and local market conditions.Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).2+ years of outbound sales experience (in-home sales, B2C, or B2B preferred).Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.Ability to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and self-directed prospecting.Basic understanding of HVAC systems or willingness to learn technical concepts quickly.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if field-based).Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.Preferred QualificationsPrior HVAC, construction, home services, or mechanical sales experience.Experience with financing options and presenting ROI-based solutions.Comfort working in a commission-driven environment.Core CompetenciesResults-driven with a strong hunter mentalityCustomer-focused consultative selling approachSelf-motivated and disciplined in managing time and territoryAbility to explain technical solutions in clear, simple termsStrong follow-up and relationship-building skillsCompensation & Benefits (Customize as Needed)Base salary + uncapped commissionPerformance bonuses and sales incentivesHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysOngoing sales and product trainingCareer advancement opportunitiesSuccess MetricsMonthly revenue generatedNumber of outbound contacts and appointments setClose rate on proposalsAverage ticket valueCustomer satisfaction and retention
