HVAC Project Manager Santa Ana, CA
Our diverse and skilled mechanical team is currently searching for an innovative and hardworking HVAC Project Manager . Candidate must be efficient in HVAC mechanical piping and have over 5-10 years experience and live in Orange County Area.
Responsibilities
Procure and manage project subcontractors and equipment vendors
Develop the piping trade construction standards for the project
Follow-up on any required warranty work and maintain contact with owner to insure customer satisfaction
Estimate changes in scope of work
Manage large jobs with minimal supervision
Inspect the jobsite on a regular basis for contract compliance, workmanship, and safety
Qualifications
5-10+ years of experience
Knowledge in Design, Estimating, and Project Management of large-scale Mechanical projects
Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
PE License
Experience working with AutoCAD, Revit, BlueBeam, Quickpen, Excel, MS Project, and other BIM-Related applications like Navisworks
Stable work history
Local to the Orange County Area
