HVAC Project Sales RepresentativeLocation: Denver, CO Job Type: Direct Hire Pay: $90,000+ Base (DOE) + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance Year 1 OTE: $175K+ | Top Performers: $300K–$400K+ Relocation Assistance: AvailableAbout the RoleWe're seeking an experienced HVAC Project Sales Representative to manage an established portfolio of commercial customers while identifying new project opportunities. You'll work with building owners, facility managers, and executives to recommend HVAC retrofit, replacement, and system improvement solutions.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow existing commercial accountsDevelop HVAC project opportunitiesMeet with decision-makers and present solutionsPrepare proposals and close projectsCoordinate with internal project teamsQualifications5+ years of sales experience5+ years in commercial HVAC or a related fieldStrong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systemsProfessional, organized, and relationship-focusedPreferred Background: Commercial HVAC project sales, mechanical engineering with sales experience, or former HVAC technician turned salesperson.
