HVAC Project Sales RepresentativeLocation: Phoenix, AZ Job Type: Direct Hire Pay: $90,000+ Base (DOE) + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance Year 1 OTE: $175K+ | Top Performers: $300K–$400K+ Relocation Assistance: AvailableAbout the RoleWe're looking for an HVAC Project Sales Representative to grow an established portfolio of commercial clients by identifying retrofit, replacement, and system upgrade opportunities. This is a consultative sales role with exceptional earning potential.ResponsibilitiesManage commercial customer relationshipsIdentify and develop HVAC project opportunitiesPresent solutions and prepare proposalsPartner with internal teams to deliver projectsGrow existing accountsQualifications5+ years of sales experience5+ years in commercial HVAC or a related industryStrong understanding of commercial HVAC equipment and systemsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsPreferred Background: Commercial HVAC sales, mechanical engineering with sales experience, or former commercial HVAC technician transitioning into sales.
