Job Description Job Description A day in this roleShow up ready at 6:00 AM in a climate-controlled shop, review blueprints and specs, and bring HVAC/R training systems to life. You'll assemble complete systems and subassemblies, solder copper tubing with care, and keep quality front-and-center. Throughout the day you'll calibrate and maintain test and production equipment, document your build steps, and jump in to troubleshoot and diagnose defects so every unit meets standard.
Schedule & paceDay shift only, no weekends required.
Mon-Thu: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Fri: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Optional OT Saturdays, 6-10 AM
Signing bonusSigning Bonus: $1,000 total - paid in $250 installments at your 3-month, 6-month, 9-month, and 1-year anniversaries.
What you'll bringHigh school diploma or equivalent
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to read blueprints and technical specs (English)
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Reliable - on the floor and ready at 6:00 AM
Copper soldering experience is a plus
EPA 608 Certification is a plus
