Job Description Job Description About the Role: JC Climate Control Technologies Inc is looking for a skilled HVAC-R Technician to join our growing team in Concord, CA! Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC-R) systems
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues across residential and/or commercial equipment
Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC-R units to ensure optimal performance
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals
Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, repairs, and recommendations
Maintain accurate service records and document all work performed
Requirements: Proven experience as an HVAC-R Technician or similar role
EPA 608 Certification required
Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC-R equipment efficiently
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
Strong customer service and communication skills
