Must have a valid driver’s license. 2. Must possess current licensure as required by state board where services will be provided:**WV**: HVAC Technician License**OH**: HVAC Technician License3. EPA Section 608 Technician Certification**EXPERIENCE:**1. Five (5) years’ experience with refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling controls, and air quality standard/regulations**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS****:****EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:**1. May supervise tasks of other facility workers by allocation and coordinating workflow, training, and advising in more complex phases of assignments. 4. Provides preventive maintenance and repair work throughout the hospital on HVAC systems. 5. Has access to, and is responsible for, performing assigned duties in locked medication rooms. This position is aware that they are not responsible for medications, and they should report any unsecured medications to a licensed professional.**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
