Job Description Job Description Rendon Heating & Air, Inc. is a growing family-owned HVAC company serving Solano County. We are currently looking for a motivated and dependable Residential HVAC Installer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Assist with residential HVAC system installations
Install ductwork, equipment, thermostats, and related components
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Safely use tools and equipment
Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
Follow installation standards, company procedures, and safety guidelines
Assist with loading/unloading materials and job site preparation
Qualifications:
1-2 years of HVAC installation experience preferred
Basic knowledge of residential heating and air conditioning systems
Ability to use hand and power tools
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics/crawlspaces
EPA certification is a plus
