Join the One Hour Team!This position provides customer options, design, and education in the sale of replacement HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting.Presents HVAC system replacement optionsPresents financing optionsLearns One Hour sales system and ethical practicesMaintains sales margins in jobs as specified by supervisorConveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving.Wears floor savers while in the client's homeMaintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outsideHigh school diploma or equivalent2-5 Years of HVAC Sales experience requiredHVAC trade experience requiredMust display strong communication (listening included) skills and technical competenceAbility to pass a thorough background check and drug screenClean driving recordCompensation: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearWe believe the best performers deserve the best pay.
